| Mr. Fowler is already missed - and there will continue to be a void in all of our Florida associations now that we are without this founding father and past president. I do feel sorry for those who never had the opportunity to know him. Dick was a talented photographer, no doubt, but his great gift was that of encouragement and support to those in his industry. In my younger days - he was a real "answer man", freely giving what he knew to any who asked. My photographic testimony will always contain a page recognizing the numerous ways he helped and encouraged me. Some of us we lucky enough to call him our "photographic Dad, and we may never know the full extent of his impact on our industry and the lives of men and women who likewise, make it their calling.
